- The lead wires (terminals) are concentrated on a single side for easy installation and wiring in small spaces.
May also be used for defrosting in long-size and small-capacity operations.
- Large capacity in small size. Yields high temperature in small spaces.
- Improves the temperature uniformity of metallic blocks by changing the winding pitches of the heating wires.
Application examples
Maintaining mold temperature, preventing freezing, ice makers, and medical equipment
Precautions
- Tease heaters are available in length from 30 mm to 1500 mm.
- Use them in water or inserting metallic molds in contact with the objects to be heated.
Reduce the surface temperature when using them in air.
