• Details of contents : Si　7.5～9.5, Fe 1.3MAX, Cu 2.0~4.0, Mn 0.5MAX, Al Bal。
• Proper environment : In-air heating at low temperature，Casting heaters，Caulking heaters 。
• Limit service temperature(UL) : 260°C or less。

ADC-12

• Details of contents : Si　9.6～12.0, Fe 1.3MAX, Cu 1.5~3.5, Mn 0.5MAX, Al Bal。
• Proper environment : In-air heating at low temperature，Casting heaters，Caulking heaters 。
• Limit service temperature(UL) : 260°C or less。

Features

• Bundy heaters (copper-plated steel pipes) are used for casting。
• Aluminum-pipe heaters are used for caulking。
• Casting surface is beautiful and allows minute processing due to die casting。
• Aluminum surface may be painted。

Application examples

• Irons、hot plates、steam ovens、rice cookers、humidifiers、 and ice makers。
• etc。

Precautions

• These heaters may have some pinholes since they are die-cast products。
• White rust may form on the surface if the heaters are used in hot, moist conditions。

• Details of contents : Si　0.6MAX, Fe 0.7MAX, Cu 0.05~0.2, Mn 1.0~1.5, Al Bal。
• Proper environment : Air heating at low temperature，Casting heaters，Caulking heaters 。
• Limit service temperature(UL) : 260°C or less。

Features

• Bundy (copper-plated steel pipes) are used for casting heaters。
• Aluminum-pipe are used for caulking heaters。
• These heaters have few pinholes than die-cast products。
• Aluminum surface may be painted。

Application examples

• Hot plates、rice cookers、humidifiers and ice makers。
• etc。

Precautions

• These heaters have coarse surface and are not applicable to minute shape processing，since they are gravity-cast products。
• They are prone to white rust on the aluminum surface when they are used in hot and humid conditions。
